Our pricing policies are centered around a simple and fair approach that is based on the understanding that you have worked hard for the money you have saved, balanced with the knowledge that a realistic level of financial resources are required for us to maintain the level of service you desire and deserve.
Unlike many assisted living residences that have fees associated with most every service requirement, our approach is to provide you with a primary service fee that is affordable, a fee that's based on the level of care and services desired, and to the greatest extent possible…a fee that is fixed for one year from your anniversary or move-in date. During your orientation, your resident coordinator will sit down with you and your family to design a personal care program that is uniquely suited to your needs. After acquiring an understanding of your needs, we with provide you with a Resident Agreement, which will identify costs associated with the care requirements you specified. While your needs and desires may be unique, we recognize that the most of our residents will benefit from the majority of our accommodation and support services, so most are included. The following services however, may result in additional costs;
